Non-ergonomic working postures may increase the risk of musculoskeletal disorders, particularly in jobs involving manual activities, trunk bending, and repetitive movements. This study aims to identify and classify working-posture risks and formulate ergonomic improvement recommendations for site workers at PT Prima Sarana Gemilang. A descriptive approach was applied through observations of 15 work activities. Postures were assessed using the Ovako Working Posture Analysis System (OWAS), which classifies posture based on back position, arm position, leg position, and handled load. The results showed that six activities (40%) were classified as risk category 1, three activities (20%) as category 2, and six activities (40%) as category 3. No activities were classified as category 4. These findings indicate that several work activities require improvements in posture and working conditions. Recommended interventions include adjusting workstation height, providing material-handling aids, improving work methods, scheduling adequate rest periods, and providing ergonomic training. The findings are expected to support the prioritization of ergonomic interventions in the workplace.
